Meet ShanaLee. Raised in Brockville. A decade in Halifax. Home in Ottawa since 2012 — with a winter place in Cape Coral. A Broker for the moves that change a life. How I got here. Born in Cornwall, raised on the St. Lawrence in Brockville — summers on the water, rowing a school subject. I rowed competitively and worked tour boats out of Brockville, Rockport, and Gananoque. A coin flip sent me to Halifax over UBC — Business Management at Dalhousie, plus crewing a 77-foot ketch that had sailed the world twice. Back in Ontario: landscape and building materials sales across Eastern Ontario, then land and home development with my "Wasband" (a Tarion Builder), plus Architectural Technology at Algonquin. The marriage ended; I kept investing — just differently. Today, three homes: Ottawa, a waterfront house in Brockville, and Cape Coral when winter wears thin. Five areas of focus. Rural and recreational — the St. Lawrence, waterfront, country roads I know Development — for renovators, investors, builders who want a Broker who's done the work Military families and SIRVA relocations — I know the rhythm Family complexities — divorce, right-sizing, three (sometimes four) generations Cross-border development and investing — RSPS and CIPS certified How I work. I work the regions I live in. I price honestly. I keep relationships, not files. I cap my practice at 25 to 30 families a year. Also a CREA and NAR facilitator — 2,000+ agents trained across North America. In the community. My partner Jason owns the Barley Mow Pubs and 1000 Islands Brewery. We sponsor Junior Achievement Ottawa, Ottawa Police Gala, Boys and Girls Club, and Tall Ships Festival. Off the clock. You can't keep me away from the water. Jason and I have two cats and happily-ever most days. The rest is snacks, pints, laughs, and family — my sister, nephews (I'm their Yaya), Dad, Mom, Nana, and bonus family. Let's meet.
