Well Hello! I am a very proud Realtor with Re/Max Hallmark Realty, Ltd. I focused on Residential Renovations for 20+ years, while also performing Certified Home Inspections. I love to learn as much about a field I am involved in as possible. Being a Realtor allows me to continue to be within the housing "industry", it let's me still meet new people and create new relationships, and continues to help people achieve their dreams while making them smile...which is the most important part!! The benefit of doing previously doing Renovations and Home Inspections for over 20 years in Southern Ontario was the indepth and personal knowledge of all areas of the GTA. I have done successful transactions in Vaughan, Toronto, North York, Aurora, Newmarket, Cambridge, Pickering, Orillia, Southgate, and more! I also do this little Podcast called RenoState Rocks (@renostaterocks) where my partner and I put the ROCK in Real Estate! It is an information discussion on all aspects of Real Estate, Home Inspections, and a sprinkle of Renovations, while also interviewing Canadian Rock Celebrities and getting to know them and their personal homes and experiences.
