With more than two decades of experience running his own business, Spencer knows what it takes to excel in customer service. Spencer is the owner and proprietor of the well-known local restaurant: Mylar and Loreta's, a successfully run establishment in the Singhampton area for more than 35 years which was first opened by his late mother. Born and raised in the Georgian Bay area, Spencer's roots in our community run deep, in addition to his many ties and friendships through the restaurant. While he continues to run the restaurant business, he has decided to follow his true calling in real estate by joining the RE/MAX brokerage. After years of following the real estate industry through his own investments, rentals and renovations, Spencer's passion for real estate is his greatest asset.
