From my years as a Realtor®, I have experience buying and selling single-family homes, condominiums and vacant land as well as working with home builders on new-home construction. I have worked with and understand the needs of first-time buyers, repeat buyers and real estate investors and my specialized SRES training (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) enables me to effectively work with seniors who may be downsizing and/or relocating. Prior to becoming licensed as a Realtor, I held high-tech positions in software development. From that background, I had learned the importance of having an effective strategy, attention to detail, and applying best practices in all aspects of my work. In real estate, I apply the same high standards to benefit home buyers and sellers and over the years, I have earned a reputation of going “the extra mile” to help my clients get the best results when buying or selling a home. This has enabled me to consistently earn excellent ratings in customer surveys. My other passions include sailing, tennis, ballroom dancing and latin dancing.
