Susan Toich is an award-winning, full-time REALTOR® with over 25 years of experience. Originally from Montreal, Susan relocated to Ontario in her twenties to attend the University of Guelph. During her time there, she fell in love with the campus and the city, recognizing Guelph as the perfect place to raise a family.

Three decades later, Susan is a proud mother of two incredible young men, who have followed in her footsteps by joining her in real estate, bringing fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the team. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian, Susan’s diverse linguistic skills complement her passion for travel. Her adventures around the world.have ignited a love for photography, art, and architectural design.

In her free time, Susan enjoys playing the piano, reading novels, and attending live theatre, ballet, and opera performances. As a lover of international films, she eagerly attends the Toronto International Film Festival to experience global cultures through cinema. A dedicated soccer fan, she proudly sponsors one of the Guelph Adult Men’s Soccer Teams, demonstrating her commitment to the local community.
