Sylvia is a full-time residential, Award-winning Realtor®, Real Estate Broker, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) awarded only to licensed real estate professionals who demonstrate proven experience, and complete specialized training in representing the interest of buyers.
Her involvement in the Real Estate industry began back in the year 2004 starting as a Real Estate Assistant, where she gained a great deal of experience in the field, shortly after, she obtained her real estate license, and since then, she’s been proudly helping families, first-time home buyers, sellers and investors buy, sell, invest and lease real estate for just about 20 years.
In her first year she was awarded the “Rookie of The Year Award” recognizing outstanding first year achievement. Other accomplishments include Homelife Gold Member, RE/MAX Executive Club, RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX 2000 - 1st Top Lister, Royal LePage Master Sales Award, Century 21 Gold & Platinum Awards, Century 21 Canada Outstanding Achievement Award of Excellence.
