Sales Representative
Troy Austen has been a sales representative for RE/MAX since 1996. He has received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, Muskoka-Haliburton Top Sales Team Award each year since 1999, and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2021 he and his Team attained the Pinnacle Club Team Award – the highest Team Award available at RE/MAX. As a 5th generation Haliburton County resident, there's no place Troy hasn't personally explored. His love for the outdoors has nourished his knowledge of what this picturesque landscape has to offer and what prospective buyers can expect from the different lakes. He also has the previous experience of building and selling spec cottages on lakefront developments. In 2022 he partnered with his sister Skye to launch Haliburton Cottage Rentals to fill the needs expressed by many of his clients and contacts – a professional and trustworthy cottage rental service. That business is also experiencing great reviews and exciting growth in its infancy. He brings irreplaceable experience with him from the countless deals he has had a hand in.
