Once getting licensed in 2019, I’ve realized that real estate is a lot like dating: there’s a fair amount of ghosting, some questionable filtered photos, and eventually, the goal is to find "The One" (ideally with updated plumbing & wiring). My background in the service industry taught me that while I can’t control the market, I can definitely control the experience. I’ve traded in the "service with a smile" for "strategy with a smirk," ensuring my clients in Swift Current get a transparent, BS-free journey from the first showing to the final signature. Don’t let the laid-back vibe fool you, though—I’m a total nerd for the fine print. I’ve put in the hours for advanced negotiation training through Edwards School of business because "hope" isn't exactly a winning real estate strategy. I’m pretty proud of the triple-crown, but the real trophy is that my clients keep coming back—and they usually bring snacks.
