About Me
Bill McGowan comes from an aviation background as a pilot and aircraft maintenance engineer. Bill’s company has managed multi-million dollar projects both internationally and domestically. He has taught courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and Northern Lights College.
Bill stays on the leading edge of new technologies and makes this know- how work for his real estate clients. Clients will also appreciate the benefits of Bill’s keen interest in real estate investment and his steady monitoring of the real estate market.
Born and raised in B.C. Bill has worked and lived on the West Coast since 1979. He currently lives in Cowichan Bay and has been a licensed realtor since January 2004. Bill is active in Toastmasters and supports local causes such as Children’s Hospital, United Way, MS Society, Salvation Army and the Forest Museum.
