Please allow me to introduce myself, I am blessed with an amazing wife of 26 years and have 3 amazing children. I am born and raised in BC while living in Tsawwassen for 20 years and in South Surrey/White Rock for over 23 years. I’m a natural activator: Being entrepreneurial at heart, I’ve found my greatest successes by learning at my edge, living outside my comfort zone, and taking bold leaps into diverse industries and professions. I’m relentlessly responsible: I operate through complete ownership of who I am, and my choices and actions. I’m motivated by relationships: I lead through a lens of ‘take your eyes off yourself, and put them on others.’ When I focus on my team members, clients, customers, vendors, and partners, and not on my own agenda, we set the stage for exponential, mutually beneficial success. I dig in and get deliberative: I see all the puzzle pieces that make up the whole. I listen and ask lots of questions to determine what’s really needed by the business, our customers, or our clients, and make specific, well-thought-out plans to bring the best solution to the table. I can’t help but think about the future: I operate in the ‘now’ and am constantly looking forward to what’s coming next.
