I have been a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver since 2005. Specializing in Representing Buyers and Sellers in Residential Real Estate and Tenant’s for Commercial Leasing.

Proudly local in Pitt Meadows, I service this area as well as Tri-Cities - Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody and Langley & Surrey. To serve you best, I have offices in Coquitlam, Port Moody and New Westminster and my career takes me to all parts of the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

My clients have peace of mind that I am truly a local area expert who has personal investment in the region. I speak with confidence and knowledge regarding the most current and up-to-date market trends in our area, which is critical when selecting a Real Estate Professional. I ensure buyers are informed of our neighborhood’s parks, leisure and recreation sites, detailed schooling choices, transit schedules, health care providers, daycare facilities & senior’s facilities - just to name a few. This same knowledge and experience is utilized to develop a market strategy for sellers that’s reflective of more than average selling prices or google generated statistics.

Beyond my personal ties to the region, I have been fortunate enough to flourish professionally. The Greater Vancouver Real-Estate board ranks me among the Top 5% Realtors in Metro Vancouver. I am a recipient of the Hall of Fame Award, Platinum Club Award, Executive Award and 100% Club Award as well as yearly being inducted into the Medallion Club with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

I believe in giving back to the community that has provided for my family and as such, I proudly forward a portion of my commission from each home that I sell towards the Children’s Miracle Network. Additionally, I am the founder of ‘Ridge Meadows 55+ Social’ group, a club for seniors in the area with weekly get togethers, activities and travel.
