About Me

My family and I recently relocated to Kamloops from the Fraser Valley. We looked at many of the Okanagan communities and settled on Kamloops. While other markets seemed to ebb and flow, the Kamloops market has always been steady. Life here is great, there’s much to do and it is truly an awesome place to raise a family.

Over the last 20 years I have built, renovated, developed, bought and sold both residential and commercial properties. Having a construction back ground has allowed me to do much of the work myself. This considerable experience has provided me with a level of in-depth knowledge which I am confident will be of real benefit to my clients.

For my commercial clients, I offer a strong understanding of fundamental business characteristics. Academically I have a BBA accreditation, but more importantly a career of real-world entrepreneurial experience. I understand the concepts of capitalization rates, return on investment and valuation principals. This will enable me to help identify the best investment prospects for you.

Since 2002 I owned and operated a successful motorcycle parts and service shop in Surrey, B.C. Dealing with so many customers and such a broad variety of needs taught me some valuable business and life skills that I know will enable me to provide the right customer service in any situation.
