Born and raised in Grand Bend and area along the shores of Lake Huron! Working alongside my brother, Mark Pedlar, and father, Doug Pedlar, to make up The PEDLAR Team at Re/MAX Bluewater Realty in Grand Bend. Personally invested in the area with investment properties and personal residence. The small town feel is incredible where everybody knows everybody and a slower pace of life amongst a vast ecosystem of nature around the Pinery provincial Park and Lake Huron.
