A well-groomed walking path follows the outer edge of the island. An underground sprinkler system throughout the island is easy to use with a dedicated water pump and timing system. The large shed/workshop has plenty of room for storage of large items like canoes and kayaks. The floating U-shaped dock has an approx. 11'8" wide boat slip.
