T.K. is a second generation realtor following in the footsteps of his father into the real estate industry. He signed up for the course in 2005 and was licensed shortly after learning the ropes of the business from his father and some of the best coaches and mentors in the industry. Rising to success at a national brokerage for over 10 years reaching the top of the company in sales after only a few short years, T.K. decided he wanted to grow even further. In 2017 he joined Remax West for their leading marketing systems and stellar reputation. He found early success in Remax but felt there was still more room to grow. Having been exposed to Frank Leo and the system used to sell more homes than any other system in Toronto and for top dollar, T.K. knew he had to offer the best he could. Joining Frank in 2018 to allow his clients to benefit from the Multi-Million Dollar Marketing System was the best decision he had made in his career.
