I have 40+ yrs. exp. in customer service. I have an interest in dog behaviour, and have become heavily involved in training and competing since acquiring my 1st Golden Retriever 26 yrs ago. I focus on +R(positive reinforced) training methods. I currently have a Retriever, a Dutch Shepherd and a Pointer. It's a bit cliche, but when it comes to my business, I really do believe in treating others as I would like to be treated.
