Since 1989 - with over 35 years of real estate experience in the city of Winnipeg, Michael has had the opportunity to work with many different buyer and seller personalities over his career. He believes in building trust first and foremost with his clients in order to represent them in the marketplace. Real estate is a people business, with emotions tied to buying or selling - he knows that listening and patience is what it takes in order to truly understand a client’s real estate goals. His approach with his clients is simple and straightforward, to ensure his clients are getting the most out of their budget.
Michael is grateful for the relationships he has developed with individuals and families over his almost three decade career,
allowing him to do what he loves everyday. Michael is a father and now recently a grandfather, has a great sense of humour, he
enjoys spending time boating at Lake of The Woods, skiing, volunteering and running— completing 20 half-marathons so far.
