A native Maritimer, Tim has lived in 3 different provinces and has owned various property types. Before directing his passion to real estate, Tim had established a thriving renovation business where he honed his skills in home renovation and applied the attention to detail he is known for in bringing his client’s vision to life. Previous to that, Tim worked in manufacturing for 20 years. With 10 years as a manager leading a diverse group of people, making him no stranger to collaborating with a team of trusted professionals to achieve positive results.

Outside of real estate, Tim is the president and co-founder of a non-profit animal rescue and sanctuary overlooking the picturesque Washademoak Lake.
