Most areas in Agriplace are quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic. Public green spaces aren't well-located, making them rather challenging to access. Despite that, residents will be able to access parks in nearby neighbourhoods.


This neighbourhood is an extremely convenient part of Saskatoon for travelling by car. Accessing a place to park is easy, and most houses for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway. However, this area is not an especially pleasant part of Saskatoon for getting around by public transit. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. This neighbourhood is not very suitable for walking because meeting daily needs is very difficult.


In Agriplace, roughly 85% of dwellings are single detached homes, and the rest are mainly duplexes. This area is primarily composed of two bedroom and three bedroom homes. Roughly 60% of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by renters and 40% are occupied by owners. Most of the housing growth in this area occurred pre-1960.


The nearest grocery store in Agriplace is usually only a rather short walk away. There are also a few choices for those who appreciate close by restaurants and cafes. When it comes to education, Agriplace does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, it can be very hard to access daycares on foot.
