Braeside is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm ambience. There are approximately 10 parks close by for residents to relax in and they are especially well-situated, resulting in them being very easy to access from the majority of locations within this part of the city. This neighbourhood is also very good for those who prefer quiet areas, as there are low levels of noise from traffic.


Driving is a reasonably good transportation option in this neighbourhood. It is very convenient to park. In contrast, Braeside is not especially transit friendly. Nevertheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. Despite the fact that there are a limited number of elevation changes, Braeside is not very cycling-friendly as. Many of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also not particularly conducive to walking as few common errands can be run on foot.

Concerning eating, in all but a limited number of cases, a car is needed to purchase groceries. Nevertheless, pharmacies are typically very easy to access on foot and sell some basic food items.
