Cityscape offers a slower-paced ambience and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time outdoors. This neighbourhood is very good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Finally, there are a few public green spaces nearby for residents to visit and they are very well-distributed, making it easy to get to them.

Transportation

Cityscape is very car friendly. Most houses for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, Cityscape is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally very close. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not very convenient for walking as meeting daily needs is very impractical. Cityscape is also not very amenable to biking because. Thankfully, there are a limited number of slopes.

Housing

Most housing in Cityscape was built after the year 2000, during its main building boom. The predominant housing types in this neighbourhood are single detached homes and townhouses. Homeowners occupy around 85% of the dwellings in Cityscape while renters occupy the remainder. There is a higher proportion of three bedroom homes in this area.

Services

Cityscape does not have any high schools or primary schools. Furthermore, there are only a very small number of daycares and therefore they can be a very long walk away. As far as eating is concerned, a car is generally required in Cityscape to reach the closest supermarket. There are a few opportunities for those who care about restaurants within walking distance.
