The nearest supermarket in this part of Markham is typically only a rather short walk away. Moreover, there is often a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. It is also easy to access a variety of clothing stores on foot. With respect to education, both primary and secondary schools are easy to walk to from anywhere in Commerce Valley. However, parents and their children may consider it difficult to reach daycares on foot.
