Delta real estate guide & listings for sale

The character of Delta is exemplified by its slower-paced environment. This part of the Greater Vancouver metropolitan area is reasonably good for those who need quiet surroundings, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - although there are still several louder sections, especially closer to the airport (ZBB), Highway 91, Highway 99 or one of the railway lines. Lastly, there are over 250 parks nearby for residents to enjoy, which results in them being easy to access from the majority of locations within Delta.
