Dundurn is very car friendly. Parking is generally easy. Dundurn is not very suitable for walking because almost no common errands can be run on foot.


Single detached homes and row houses are the predominant housing type in Dundurn. This town offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Around 85% of the dwellings in the town are occupied by homeowners and 15% are rented. Roughly one third of properties in this part of the Saskatoon metropolitan area were built in the 1960s and 1970s, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed pre-1960 and in the 1980s.


Primary as well as high schools are easy to get to on foot from anywhere in Dundurn. Concerning eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is needed to purchase groceries.
