This part of the city is reasonably quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.


Driving is a very good means of transportation in Eagle Ridge. It is easy to park. In contrast, commuting by transit can be sometimes difficult in this area as a result of the infrequent service. This part of Coquitlam experienced its largest building boom in the 1980s, so most of the available properties are from this time period.


A supermarket is generally reachable within a rather short walk from any location in Eagle Ridge. Additionally, this area is a fairly good place in which to eat out, and home buyers can enjoy a few cafes as well. It is also convenient to get to a variety of clothing stores on foot. Regarding education, it is a reasonably short walk to access schools and daycares from most houses for sale in Eagle Ridge.
