This part of the city is reasonably quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.


Driving is a very good means of transportation in Eagle Ridge. It is easy to park. In contrast, commuting by transit can be sometimes difficult in this area as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Bicycling is challenging in Eagle Ridge because riding is rendered strenuous by the often hilly topography. Thankfully, the cycling network is reasonably extensive. This part of Coquitlam experienced its largest building boom in the 1980s, so most of the available properties are from this time period.


A supermarket is generally reachable within a rather short walk from any location in Eagle Ridge. Additionally, this area is a fairly good place in which to eat out, and home buyers can enjoy a few cafes as well. It is also convenient to get to a variety of clothing stores on foot. Regarding education, it is a reasonably short walk to access schools and daycares from most houses for sale in Eagle Ridge.
