Eastview real estate guide & listings for sale
Eastview is quiet, as the streets are quite tranquil - although that is not the case close to the railway line. Green spaces aren't well-distributed, making it sometimes difficult to get to them from a large number of locations within Eastview. Still, residents will be able to access parks in nearby neighbourhoods.

Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. It is inconvenient for pedestrians to get around in Eastview since very few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. This part of Cambridge is also not very appropriate for bicycling as the cycling network is rather poor, and cyclists encounter a considerable amount of elevation changes.
The homes in this neighbourhood are very modern, since many of its dwellings were built following the year 2000, while most of the remaining buildings were constructed pre-1960 and in the 1960s.
