This area is also quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
This part of the city is especially car friendly. Most real estate listings are a short drive from the nearest highway, and parking is quite easy. It is difficult for pedestrians to navigate this part of Lethbridge since carrying out daily needs is impractical by walking.
