Killarney is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. The noise levels in this area are low, as the streets are usually quite calm. Finally, there are about 10 parks nearby for residents to explore and they are very well-distributed, which makes it very easy to access them.


No matter the means of transportation, it is reasonably straightforward to travel in this part of Vancouver. With a few nearby bus lines, this neighbourhood features a good public transit system. It is very easy to reach the nearest supermarket by walking from most houses for sale in Killarney. Likewise, a restaurant is generally just around the corner, and a limited selection of coffee shops can be found as well. Residents have access to a good number of nearby clothing stores. As far as education is concerned, it is a reasonably short walk to reach primary schools and daycares from most homes for sale in Killarney. However, there are only a limited number of high schools and therefore they can be an extended walk away.
