This area is also good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - although there are still several louder areas, especially close to Trans-Canada Highway.

It is challenging for pedestrians to move around in Lynnmour North as very few daily errands can be run without having to use a car. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of two bedroom and three bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy around 90% of the properties in the neighbourhood while the remainder are rented. This part of North Vancouver experienced its biggest construction boom in the 1960s and 1970s, so most of the available housing stock is from this time period.
