Schools and daycares are convenient to reach on foot from most properties for sale in this part of Coquitlam. In addition to public schools, there are private primary and secondary schools. With respect to food, it is very easy to reach the closest supermarket on foot in Maillardville. Additionally, those who like to eat in restaurants will have a fair number of opportunities, and property owners benefit from a few cafes as well.
