Maple Ridge is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. The noise levels in this area are very low, as the streets are usually especially peaceful. Finally, most locations within the neighbourhood have fairly good access to green spaces, like Maple Downs Park, since there are a few of them close by for residents to relax in.
Maple Ridge is an extremely convenient part of Edmonton for getting around by car. Many houses for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, and parking is easy.
