Transportation

Driving is an excellent mode of transportation in Masstown. It is very easy to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 104. Masstown is not very conducive to those who travel by foot since almost no daily needs can be met without the use of a vehicle.

Housing

Single detached homes and row houses are the predominant housing type in Masstown. About 40% of homes in this part of the subdivision of a county municipality were built in the 1960s and 1970s, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed pre-1960 and in the 1980s. This neighbourhood offers mainly two bedroom and three bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy around 85% of the dwellings in Masstown and 15% are rented.

Services

Reaching the nearest grocery store on foot is practical for some, but not all, property owners in Masstown. A limited selection of cafes is available as well. As far as education is concerned, there are only a few primary schools in this neighbourhood and accordingly they can be an extended walk away. Moreover, this part of Colchester Subdivision B does not contain any high schools.
