This part of North Vancouver is reasonably quiet overall, as the streets are quite tranquil - although there are still several louder sections, especially closer to the railway line.


The preferred way to navigate Moodyville is usually driving. Nearby highways are reasonably easy to reach from anywhere in this part of the city, and it is convenient to find a place to park. However, there are no high schools in Moodyville. As far as food is concerned, the nearest supermarket in this neighbourhood is usually only a short walk away. Moreover, there are a fair number of options for those who care about nearby restaurants and cafes.
