Transportation

Cars are a great mode of transportation in this area. The majority of houses for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, and accessing a parking spot is quite easy. On the other hand, travelling by public transit is occasionally difficult in this part of the city. Nevertheless, residents benefit from a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. This neighbourhood is not very bike-friendly because. Thankfully, there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave. Pineridge is also not especially well-suited for walking since running common errands is sometimes challenging on foot.

Housing

Additionally, those who like to eat in restaurants will have a good number of options, and a small selection of coffee shops can be found as well. It is also easy to reach a number of clothing stores on foot. With respect to education, it is a reasonably short walk to access daycares and schools from any location in Pineridge.
