Richmond Hill real estate guide & listings for sale

Home buyers who prefer a calm atmosphere will enjoy Richmond Hill. This town is reasonably quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic - although that is not the case closer to Highway 404, Highway 407 or the railway line. Finally, there are over 100 public green spaces close by for residents to discover and they are very well-located, which makes it easy to get to them.

Transportation

The best approach to get around in this town is usually driving. It is very convenient to park. However, this town is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there is the Langstaff Station, Richmond Hill Station and Gormley Station on the Richmond Hill Line. There are over 50 bus lines crossing the town, and bus stops are not very far away from most houses. Commuting by bicycle is difficult in this town since bike riders encounter a significant amount of elevation changes, and the cycling infrastructure is somewhat poor. Richmond Hill is also not very convenient for those who travel by foot since very few day-to-day errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.
