This area is fairly good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as the streets are generally reasonably tranquil - although there are still several louder sections, especially near the railway line. Lastly, it is easy to access green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to relax in.
Cars are an excellent medium of transportation in this neighbourhood. Parking is easy, and most houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. However, the public transit system in this part of the municipality is somewhat poor. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are commonly nearby. Most homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very suitable for those who travel by foot as few common errands can be run without the use of a car.
