Saanich Core is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm ambience. There are a few green spaces close by for residents to unwind in and they are especially well-situated, which makes it very easy to get to them. This neighbourhood is reasonably quiet overall, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.

Transportation
