Spryfield is an excellent neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. Parks are very well-located and there are around 10 of them nearby for residents to explore, which makes them easy to reach. This part of the municipality is also very quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
Driving is usually the best way to navigate Spryfield. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, public transit users may find few choices in this area due to the low service level. Nevertheless, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Spryfield is not very suitable for those who travel by foot because most daily needs are inconvenient to meet by walking.
The majority of the housing stock of Spryfield consists of single detached homes and small apartment buildings, while the rest are mainly townhouses.
