As there are very few pedestrians, Tempo remains relatively calm.
Driving is usually the best transportation option in this neighbourhood. It is a rather short car ride to the closest highway, such as Highway 401, from any home in this part of the city, and it is especially convenient to park. It is very difficult for pedestrians to get around in Tempo since running common errands is very inconvenient by walking.
In Tempo, the vast majority of buildings are single detached homes, while the remainder are mainly large apartment buildings. This part of London is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. About two thirds of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners whereas the rest are rented. The homes in this neighbourhood are quite old, because about 40% of its dwellings were built following the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1960s.
There are no high schools and no primary schools in Tempo. Regarding eating, in all cases, a vehicle is required to purchase groceries.
