There is a great variety of green spaces in Tranquille. Accessing parks is easy from the majority of locations in the neighbourhood and there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in. This part of the city is relatively quiet, since there are very few pedestrians.
Driving is an excellent transportation option in Tranquille. Parking is generally easy. Most homes for sale in this part of Kamloops are located in areas that are not very conducive to those who travel by foot since many daily needs are very impractical to meet by walking.
Tranquille experienced its biggest building boom between 1960 and 1980, so most of the available properties are from this era.
