Home buyers who prefer a relaxed environment will enjoy Tuscany. There are approximately 20 parks nearby for residents to visit, which makes it very easy to get to them. This neighbourhood is very quiet overall, as the streets are generally very calm.

Transportation

Driving is a great means of transportation in Tuscany. Accessing a parking spot is easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway. On the other hand, Tuscany is not an especially convenient part of Calgary for travelling by public transit. Nonetheless, residents are served by Tuscany Station with access to the Red Line. There are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. Although there are few slopes to confront bike riders, Tuscany is not very cycling-friendly since. It is also challenging for people travelling on foot to navigate Tuscany because carrying out daily needs is inconvenient.

Housing

Homeowners occupy roughly 90% of the properties in Tuscany whereas the rest are rented. The substantial proportion of single detached homes in the housing stock of this area is an important part of its character. This neighbourhood experienced its largest building boom after the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this era. This neighbourhood offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.

Services

Parents and their kids will appreciate that wherever their home is located in this neighbourhood, primary schools are nearby. In contrast, there are only a limited number of high schools and therefore they can be an extended walk away. With regards to eating, some, but not all, home buyers in this area will live within walking distance of the closest grocery store. A small selection of restaurants and coffee shops is available as well.
