The noise levels in this part of Abbotsford are reasonably low, as the streets are usually quite peaceful - although that is not the case closer to Trans-Canada Highway. Finally, parks are especially well-situated and there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit, making them easy to get to from most locations within the neighbourhood.


UDistrict is an extremely good part of Abbotsford for travelling by car. Many houses for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is very easy to come across a place to park. In contrast, public transit riders may experience limited options in UDistrict as a result of the low service level. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally just around the corner. This neighbourhood also has quite a good variety of housing sizes; this neighbourhood is notable for those looking for two bedroom homes. Parents and their children will appreciate that no matter where their property is located in UDistrict, primary schools are close by. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood. In terms of eating, home buyers in UDistrict often have to use a vehicle to travel to the closest grocery store. Nonetheless, reaching the closest pharmacy and therefore some basic food items is usually convenient. Residents can enjoy a few restaurants and coffee shops as well.
