Home buyers who prefer a calm atmosphere will enjoy University. It is easy to get to green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are approximately 10 of them close by for residents to explore. This area is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.

In addition, University is a fairly good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe, for instance on Wyandotte Street. When it comes to education, it is a rather short walk to access both primary and secondary schools from any location in this part of the city. Parents can choose between public and private schools at both the primary and high school level. However, daycares are not particularly numerous and thus not always within walking distance.
