Nevertheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Travelling on foot is not very convenient for house buyers in Valleyview as very few daily needs can be carried out by walking.

Single detached homes are the predominant housing type, representing the majority of buildings in this area, while small apartment buildings and townhouses are also present in the housing stock. Concerning education, high schools and primary schools are not very abundant in Valleyview, and thus tend to require an extended walk to get to. Moreover, parents may find it challenging for their children to access daycares as a pedestrian.
