West End is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. Public green spaces are especially well-spread out and there are a few of them close by for residents to enjoy, which makes them easy to reach. This area is quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.

As far as education is concerned, families will appreciate the proximity to both primary and secondary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of houses for sale in West End. However, it can be difficult to get to daycares on foot.
