Homeowners occupy about three quarters of the units in West End whereas renters occupy the remainder. This neighbourhood offers mainly two bedroom and three bedroom homes.


Parents and their children will appreciate that wherever their home is situated in this part of Thunder Bay, both primary and secondary schools are nearby. In contrast, families may find it challenging to access daycares as a pedestrian. Regarding food, a supermarket is usually accessible within a reasonably short walk from anywhere in this part of Thunder Bay. Residents of West End benefit from a few restaurants as well.
