There is a great variety of green spaces in Western Business Park. The majority of locations within the neighbourhood have reasonably good access to green spaces, like Brookmede Park, since there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover. It remains relatively quiet in this part of the city, due to the presence of very few pedestrians.
Commuting by car is especially convenient in this part of the city. It is very convenient to park, and most of the street network is well suited for driving. On the other hand, this part of the city is not particularly transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are commonly close by. Many of the houses for sale in this part of Mississauga are located in places that are not very well-suited for those who travel by foot since meeting daily needs is difficult. Western Business Park is also not very appropriate for cycling as the bicycling network is fairly poor, and the terrain is not particularly flat. This area did not experience a single building boom; the construction of new dwellings in this neighbourhood was spread throughout several decades in recent history.
The closest grocery store in this area is generally only a reasonably short walk away. Moreover, this part of the city is a good place in which to go out to eat, and residents can enjoy a few cafes as well. It is also a rather short distance to a reasonable selection of clothing stores. With regards to education, it is a reasonably short walk to reach both primary and secondary schools from most houses for sale in Western Business Park. On the other hand, parents may consider it difficult for their kids to access daycares as a pedestrian.
