This neighbourhood is quite conducive to those who travel by foot; meeting daily needs is easy. In contrast, cycling is sometimes challenging in Westmount because riding a bike is made difficult by the often sloping terrain, and there are a limited number of bike lanes. The favoured method to move around in this neighbourhood is very often driving. It is straightforward to come across a parking spot. In contrast, this part of Kitchener - Cambridge - Waterloo is not particularly transit friendly. Thankfully, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby.

Housing
