Homeowners occupy nearly 95% of the units in Woodlands and 5% are rented. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.


It is rarely feasible for home buyers in Woodlands to access the closest supermarket by walking. With regards to education, schools and daycares are convenient to get to on foot from anywhere in this area.
