Woodlawn is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. Public green spaces are very well-situated and there are approximately 20 of them nearby for residents to unwind in, which makes it easy to reach them. This neighbourhood is also great for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
